• ※Free admission does not cover early entry — you'll still need an EARLY TICKET. (Children in junior high school or younger don't need one if they're with a guardian who has one.)

We have had many cases where confirmation emails sent to carrier or iCloud addresses never arrived. Lost tickets cannot be reissued, so please sign up before you buy.

[How to create an account]

We recommend setting up your STORES account before you buy a ticket. It will pre-fill your purchase form, and you will be able to pull up your e-ticket from your order history.

1. Go to the sign-up screen

   Use the “Create a STORES account” button on this page.
   Starting from STORES itself? On a phone, tap the three lines at the top left and choose ［新規会員登録］(Sign up); on a computer, click “LOGIN” at the top right, then 「アカウントを作成する」(Create an account).

2. Enter your email address

   Type in your email address and tap ［同意してアカウント作成］(Agree and create account).
   ※Carrier addresses (e.g. docomo, au, SoftBank) and iCloud addresses often fail to receive the verification code or confirmation email. We recommend a webmail service such as Gmail.

3. Enter the verification code

   Enter the code from the confirmation email.
   ※The code is valid for 7 days. If it expires, start again from the beginning.

4. Set a passkey or a password

   Choose how you'll log in. If you go with a passkey, you'll authenticate with Face ID or similar.

5. Fill in your details

   Follow the prompts to enter your name and other information.
   ※Your date of birth can't be changed once it's been saved.
   From then on, you can log in with your email address and password (or passkey).

All signed up? Time to pick your ticket.

How to enter using your e-ticket from STORES. If you haven't created an account yet, have a look at the “How to create a STORES account” section above.

1. Add to cart and check out

   Pick your ticket, add it to the cart, then hit the purchase button and fill in the required details.
   ※Nothing is shipped for an e-ticket, but the system will still ask for an address.
   ※Each date for the 1DAY ticket is a separate product. Attending as a group? Please buy one ticket per person.

2. Choose how to pay

   Credit card / convenience store / carrier billing / Rakuten Pay / PayPay.
   ※A ticketing fee (2%) is added to the ticket price.

3. Check the details and confirm your order

   Look over your details on the confirmation page, then tap ［注文する］(Place order).
   ※No cancellations or date changes once you've completed your purchase.

4. Check the order completion screen

   Once you see 「ご購入ありがとうございます」(Thank you for your purchase), your order has been completed successfully.
   ※If you bought your ticket while logged in to your account, you will also find your ticket under “Order history” on your account page.

5. Check your confirmation email

   An email with your order details will arrive at your registered address.

   ※If you choose convenience store payment, the email will arrive once you've paid.
   ※Carrier and iCloud addresses often have trouble receiving the confirmation email.

6. Open your ticket

   Open the email on your phone and tap ［チケットを表示する］(Show ticket) to bring up your e-ticket.

7. Show your ticket at check-in on the day

   Tap ［チケットを提示］(Present ticket) to bring up the display screen and show it to our staff. They'll swap it for an entry wristband and in you go!

On the day — Sat 11/21, Sun 11/22 and Mon 11/23 (holiday) — you can buy one at any of the four check-in points across the venues.
Sales start the moment the gates open.
